Designing your dream home has never been easier!

Lindal Architects Collaborative

Eight renowned North American architect firms (Altius Architecture / Bates Masi+ Architects / Carney Logan Burke Architects / David Vandervort Architects / Dowling Studios / Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture / Marmol Radziner / ZeroEnergy Design), in collaboration with Lindal’s design professionals, have created the most varied and striking selections of warm modern designs available. The Lindal Architects Collaborative debuted with home plans from four renowned regional architects, plus the original Lindal Elements floor plans. Each design is ready to be personalized for environmentally responsive siting and to celebrate the homeowners’ lifestyles. The resource-efficient Lindal Architects Collaborative planning process ensures predictability and peace of mind. The design is warm and modern, and homes range from 470SF to over 3,000SF. Mod. Fab

Within the Lindal Architects Collaborative, the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture, Taliesin West, has created the Mod. Fab design line; three modern design “tiny homes”  (470SF, 700SF and 800SF) that are simple to build and have a functional  layout. These can be used as accessory buildings or small residences. They are often being constructed in the backyards of homes to meet a new demand for multi generational housing. Combining the privacy and independence of a single family home but within watchful eye of the main house, they are economic solutions (owners don’t need to purchase a second building site, and usually share other amenities with the main house) for guest houses, elder housing or young married couples living on the family land. The footprints of the Mod.Fabs are fixed, while the interior layouts may be modified on site. Coastal Cedar Homes can also provide you with the Mod.Fab design sheets or they can be seen online in the Lindal Architects Collaborative Design Portfolio on Lindal.com.
