We are Tim Crosbie and Sherrie Myers, owners of Coastal Cedar Homes, Ltd., an independent dealer for Lindal homes in Newfoundland and Labrador Canada. In 2012, we began building our own Lindal Cedar Home in St. John’s, NL, overlooking beautiful Virginia Lake, and we fell in love with the product.

Prior to building our own Lindal home, we explored many homes styles and construction methods. We knew that we wanted a spacious, open-concept, yet warm home, with large windows and a post and beam structure that framed our view. Through this exploration process, we quickly realized that a custom designed Lindal Cedar Home was the perfect fit for our lifestyle, design ideas and budget. This was clearly evident, as we kept coming back to the Lindal product in conversation. For inspiration, we even dusted off an older 1990 version of the Lindal Living Treasures planbook that had been sitting quietly on a shelf for many years, waiting for the time to be right for us. We of course ordered a new Living Dreams planbook….and the rest is history.

During and after our own build, we became so impressed by the Lindal concept and quality that we ultimately acquired the Newfoundland and Labrador dealership in 2015, so that we could share our Lindal home experience with others. As the province of Newfoundland and Labrador and Labrador’s authorized and independent dealer for Lindal Cedar Homes, we and our General Manager, Dave Goulding, will guide you through the entire process of designing and ordering your custom post and beam home through the use of a predictable, flexible, and high quality building system that is ideally suited to your lifestyle and fits your budget. We will also assist you in selecting a quality builder in your region to provide a turnkey service for our clients. Our existing real estate business (Royal Lepage Property Consultants) and experience in residential home construction also provides the perfect complement to our Lindal dealership, for a truly streamlined experience.
